[HCDX] NEW MW QSL #2916

963     CHINA, China Radio International, rec full detail QSL card in
Russian in 56d for $1 and CD, along with a letter in Russian, which I
can't read. At least the QSL numbers I can read "963" date & time.  the
QSL time is not in UTC but in local China Time for the time of
reception. No v/s. Address: Russia Service, CRI-26, China Radio
International, P.O. Box 4216, Beijing P.R. China  100040. Mainland China
QSL 35.
I am pleased with this. I still have some other China reports out too.
