I don't know what you mean about being a partner?    I can
advise you
on DXing if you need help.  There were a large number of
DXers
in Florida a few years ago, but now they've all just about
retired
from it.

I report my loggings to a number of groups.  If you want to
do the same, here's a few links to checkout and join where
you can send your loggings:
