   North America

   25950 Jan 1 1632-1645 USA: KOA. Audible at 1632. Radio 850 KOA id heard at
   1633. Deep fades in and out. Some of the fades lasting over a minute. Talk
   show in progress wtih female and male announcer. Mostly gone by 1645.
   Rechecked at 1700, back. Id heard at 1717 and agaiin at 1719 as 850 KOA.
   Lots of adverts at 1720. Better reception at this time with fewer drop outs.
   Several mentions of Boulder as callers with what they did New Years Eve. ID
      again aat 1722 as 850 KOA once again. Best in narrow FM format. R Montgomery
