   both RFI and DW at the moment while 1440 kHz is off. At 1458 RFI in Russian,
   changing to DW in Russian at 1500. RFI still announcing 1440 kHz. Ritola,
   FIN

   Asia

   1260 Jan 3 1400-1700 RUS: R Radonezh, Yekaterinburg. A little bit easier
   here now that BBC Moscow is off. Ritola, FIN
