[HCDX] High Frequency Coordinating Conference

The global co-ordination conference place twice each year to coordinate
frequency and schedule plans for the shortwave bands worldwide.

The meeting for the A06 season will be held in Sanya in the Hainan Province
of China between 13 and 17 February 2006.
