at t/in, IS/ID at 0100 then news re Ukranian WTO

5960, RUSSIA, RS Tikhy Ocean, *0935-1000*, Feb.7,
Russian, Same format as previously logged/reported
with IS, OM w/ presumed ID then YL w/ talks and music
bits. Interview(?) at 1945. OM at s/off. Poor with the
same signal strength I've been logging this winter;
audible enough to log but not strong enough to detail.
