Noted comments and features by persons in the possibly 
Hindu language.  Signal was threshold at 0103, but 
improved to fair by 0145.  (Chuck Bolland, February 13, 
2006)

Angola, 4950, Radio Nacional,  Luanda, 0148-0200  Noted 
music at tune in.  Just prior to 0200, time ticks 
followed by woman with ID then man in Portugues 
presents the news.  Signal was poor during period.

in Hindu language news until 0205.  At that time a man
