[HCDX] UNID 3258

Hi, right now (2034 UTC) I get a weak signal on 3258.5, drifting downwards.
Could this be Nigeria? There is nothing heard on 1629 which could have been
a pirate producing harmonics. Music playing, but much too weak to classify.
