[HCDX] Belarus

Belarus, 5970, Radio Belarus, 0230-0300 Noted comments
and features by man and woman in Russian language (at
least sounded Russian). Checked parallel freq at 7210
and thought I could hear them, but both freqs were
covered with QRM and splatter. Bad freqs for low
powered transmission in my opinion. (Chuck Bolland,

Germany(pres), 5910, Radio Republica, 0130-0200 Noted a
program of Spanish comments and features. At about
0155 ID given as "Esta es Radio Republica ... Voz de
... Cubanos ..." Also heard the name "Radio Miami
International ..." mention during an ID. I assumed
they meant that the programs were originated at WRMI's
facilities? Or maybe RR is being broadcasted from WRMI
in Miami? The signal sounded as if it were coming from
Europe based on it's strenght at my QTH. I based my
ID's country on what is mentioned in the WRTH (Chuck
Bolland, June 22, 2006)
