[HCDX] Radio Vision

Peru, 4790.18, Radio Vision (pres), 1024-1100  Noted a 
program of religious talk and prayer.  At 1038, 
possible ID with freq and other data mentioned by man. 
Didn't hear "Radio Vision" in the ID, but heard "Radio 
Peru" a number of times.  Don't know if this is/was 
just a statement that the station is from Peru or what? 
The QRN was very strong and covered the audio pretty
