[HCDX] Logs and QSLs from NH-USA, July 8-15

Greetings to all!

Not a lot of time spent in front of the dials and when
I have, conditions have been sub-par, resulting in
"taking what the bands are giving". Thanx R.Wilkner
tip for the Bolivians.

Vernacular, OM and YL w/ banter, music bits. Weak but
clear for the most part. (Barbour-NH)

BOLIVIA, 4409.8, R.Eco, 0012-0137, July 8, Vernacular,
Up-beat music w/ announcer b/w selections. Poor but
audible. (Barbour-NH)

INDIA, 5010, AIR Thiruvananthapuram, 0041-0104, July
15, Hindi music and talks, tentative mention "AIR" at
0054, continuing thru t/out. Fair at t/in.

BOLIVIA, 5580.23, (P)R.San Jose, 0040-0109, July 8,
Continuous  SP/LA music thru t/out. Very weak, poking
thru noise floor. No announcements noted. (Barbour-NH)

NEW ZEALAND, 7145, RNZI, 0807-0820, July 12, English,
Very nice S.Pacific vocal music and salutations in
language. RNZI ID/contact info at 0815 and "Ke-or-ah
(sp?) from the VO the Pacific" then back to music.

IRAN, 7235, VO Justice/VOIRI, 0156-0210, July 11,
English, Usual news items deploring GW Bush and US
actions in Iraq, including an interview with a member
of US academia. (Is their an endless supply of these
twits?) Poor, need to use LSB to avoid het on the high
side. (Barbour-NH)

17630, GABON, Afrique Numero Un, 1250-1303, July 11,
French, OM w/ talks; pounding drums b/w items.
Announcments/ promos at 1258, ID at 1300 with mention
of "FM". News re Congo(DPR). Fair/good. (Barbour-NH)

CANANDA, 6145, f/d, with site, DSWCI 50th Anniversary
card for prg. via R.Japan and DSWCI info sheet in 51
days for 1 IRC. V/S, Anker Petersen. (Barbour-NH)

"PIRATE", 6925U, Undercover Radio,"20th Anniversary
Show-Progressive Music Radio "card #422 and CD of
anniversary prg hilighting 20 years as a pirate b/cer,
in 69 days for an e-mail report. (Barbour-NH)
