You got it right.

The recording is an advertisement of a drugstore, "Drogaria Uniao", the address given as
 Rua Padre Joao Madeira 55.

A google search revealed this drugstore, with matching address and telephone number, to
be located in the city of Joao Camara, state of Rio Grande do Norte (RN), in
north-eastern Brazil.
