[HCDX] BBC on new freq

Unknown, 6130, BBC 1100-1130  Noted news and sports in English.  Everything
identified as the
BBC Caribbean Report.  Signal was Arm Chair.  No fading or flutter.
Probably being relayed from
the Ascension Islands, but I could find any reference to this frequency
