GROUNDS Recently while doing some shopping in our local Lowes home
hardware store, I noticed they have rolls of 20 foot copper flashing for
around $25-$35. I immediately wondered how effective it would be as a
radio or antenna ground buried (rolled out of course) under ground. Has
anyone out there tried this?? If so, what were the results, how deep was
it buried, and what were the soil conditions it was buried in?? Having
such a large surface area, I would assume it would make an excellent ground
system. Maybe adding a rod or two at each end. What do you think??
