[HCDX] R Pakistan 5102

14 Aug there was some hassle at Rawat/Islamabad transmitter station as
the normal R Pakistan frequency 4790 was empty at 1750 and RP program was
instead running on 5102.1 (clandestine Voice of Jammu and Kashmir Freedom
frequency
which should sign-off at 1430 and the transmitter should return to 4790 with
R Pakistan program).
R Pakistan news at 1800 in parallel with RP Quetta, which was today on
5033.8.
5102 went off at 1804 while Quetta continued and signed off at 1829.
