I suppose we'll never know which station it was. I note that Iracema runs
10 kW day/night whilst Universo is 10/1 kW. And although Fortaleza is nearer
to me (and R Sociedade da Bahia is my must reliable station I guess Universon
could have 'forgotten' to power down!
