Taiwan, 6150, Radio Taiwan International, (pres), 0935-0945 Noted a man in
steady Mandarin(listed) comments.  At 0939 a woman comments.  Checked for
parallel and found one on 9415 KHz.  Also noted Firedrake interference on
6150, but was in the background more or less.  Additional QRM from
University Network; however, RTI was the prominent signal on the freq with a
