[HCDX] RE : GUYANA

I too heard GUYANA at @ 0315 UTC on the off freq. of 3291.7

The 90 metre band has been opeing up ever so slowly at my QTH in Mequon WI.
Noticed Radio Sondergrense on 90 meteres coming in last nite like a local around 0300 UTC.
On the morning of Sept 17, 2006 Finally received RADIO WANTOUK PNG / Port Moresby on 7120 Khz at @ 0430 UTC, and kept getting stronger as local sunrise approached my location .
I am all hyped up about the new DX Season that is upon us here in North America . Even the MW bands sounded loud and clear last nite ( @ 0400 UTC )
I read last week about RADIO ST HELENA having a afternoon special DX radio program in early November , but I am not seeing any other mentions of the upcoming program ? Seems to me this DX program stopped for several years ? I recall tuning into all the programs in the 90's . It was a real hoot ! 
Anyways, did my eyes fool me, is the ST HELENA test indeed coming up ?
And again , hats off to STEVE BASS in Columbus Ohio for all the great assistance he has bestowed on me and my quest for as many ' lists ' of frequencies as is possible .
