Russia, 5920, Radio Rossii, 0859-0910  Noted canned ID at 0859 as, "Radio
Rossii" followed by Time Tics.  On the hour, another canned ID then live
news in Russian Language.  Signal was poor.  (Chuck Bolland, September 25,
