[HCDX] 880

I wonder if any of you across the pond can help with a
station that popped into WCBS weather on 880.
Instantly CBS faded away mid-sentence and 'eighty AM
dial, and wired to your computer WPAD'. Although the
audio is good the 'P' and the 'D' may be other letters
- please listen here:

It doesn't match with anything listed in FCC database.

Any help appreciated
