Philippines, 9435, FEBC international, 2315-2330*  Noted a man in steady Indonesian comments.  At 2328 a few bars of music then Schedule(pres) and ID.  This followed with interval type music and off.  Signal was fair.  (Chuck Bolland, October 23, 2006)
