Good luck. We are not HCJB Australia's intended
target. However, due to propagation, might be able to
receive. 
Use an outside antenna, perhaps, favoring reception
from Australia.
I've only been able to receive a faint signal here in
VA. Unfortunately, the signal is not strong enough to
copy.
I have received CVC Australia and other Australian
stations.
Keep trying. Let us know results. Maybe an opening
will happen providing decent copy. These are part of
the challenge, part of DXing, part of the fun.
