[HCDX] Peru

Peru, 6114.84, Radio Union, 1040-1100  Noted a man in Spanish comments between music selections.  On the hour, noted pormos and ID.    Another station opens on 6120 KHz at 1100 UTC, causing a lot of spllatter and covers Radio Union.  Until then, the signal was poor.  (Chuck Bolland, November 1, 2006)
