[HCDX] Peru 4790.16

Hi

same Peruvian station this morning , seems to be part of a net including 3
stations, or at least the programme aired at 0740z is relayed by 3 stations.
One is said to be on MW (1350 or 1370 khz) and another is Radio Moderna.

Definitely Peruvian

Singapore 6155 khz last night, finally got an idea as Mediacorp and traffic
news from Changi to downtown.
