[HCDX] 11785 mess

INDONESIA   v11784.88  RRI Jakarta Cimanggis left 11860 kHz channel at
1100-1600 UT a month ago or so. Now discovered by Roland Schulze on 11784.88
kHz, he phoned me last Friday. From 1100-1400 UT terrible mess on this
channel, due of co-ch Udorn Thani in Mandarin and accompanied China mainland
jamming. Today RRI tiny signal of S=2 only, lousy condition.

11784.88 is also in use by foreign service VoINS Jakarta at 1600-2100 UT.
