[HCDX] QSL from RTI English

Dear Friends, 
	Yesterday on 16th of June, I received a nice detailed
QSL verification card depicting Floating Water
Lanterns on the Keelung River from Radio Taiwan
International for my email (prog@xxxxxxxxxx &
rti@xxxxxxxxxx) reception report on 7th of April 2007
from 1600-1700 UTC on the frequency of 11600 kHz of
their English language broadcast. 

The card also stating as follows: -
Floating water lanterns during the Ghost Festival is a
way of appeasing wandering spirits and calling on them
to join in a sacrificial ceremony.
