?Foreign televisions and radio channels will be broadcasted only by 
satellite or cable in Azerbaijan. This experience of regulation of foreign 
TV and radio channels is used in Russia and Europe as well. This way 
of broadcasting in should be applied in Azerbaijan too,? National 
Television and Radio Council Chief Nushiravan Maharramli said, APA 
reports. He also commented on dubbing of foreign films.

?Azerbaijani TV channels undertook commitments on dubbing foreign 
films. I consider that there will be no problem in this sphere beginning 
from January 1, 2008. The dubbing should be in good quality. 
Television Council will support the relevant body of Culture and 
Tourism Ministry. TV channels have already been informed about it,? he
