[HCDX] Help please with SS id on 1140 kHZ

Hi

I recorded the following clip at around 0755 UTC this morning in 1140 kHz.

There is a reference to Nicaragua in it at 46 secs and the clip appears 
to be a conversation with a 'capitan' who gives a phone number at 34 
secs.  At 13 and 15 secs there may be an id of the station.

I see that Radio Libertador operates from Nicaragua on 1140 - is there 
anything in the clip which would help with a more positive id?
