Peru, 6193.65, Radio Cusco, 1038-1045,  Noted just Spanish comments by a person during the period.  As the window deminished, the BBC on 6195 KHz, gobbled up the surrounding spectrum.  Consequently Cusco, starting out at a poor level,  disappeared. (Chuck Bolland, March 17, 2007)
