[HCDX] New MW QSL

1170    VOA    Philippines, Poro, rec full detail QSL card in 25d for 2
track CD report. V/S just VOA Audience Mail. Address: VOA 330
Indenpendence Ave, SW, Washington DC  20237. Mentioned my first track
was a Mandarin broadcast on top and it was not VOA. The second track in
Cantonese was indeed VOA. So the Mandarin probably was either Korea or
China. VOA also sent VOA magazine, VOA sticker and other goodies.
