[HCDX] 9524.94 VoINS

INDONESIA   9524.94  VoINS noted in 1700-1900 UT gap yesterday Oct 7th, when 
co-channel CHN Russian sce is silent then. INS was weak on S=5 signal level, 
but Spanish program and letterbox program in German could be read easily.
