[HCDX] 4394,5--18.15z Relay of Onda Cero Radio on SW!!!

I´m hearing at this time (18.15 UTC) a relay of Onda Cero Radio on SW! 4.394,5 kHz USB. I suspect it comes from military tx directed to spanish soldiers abroad.
