[HCDX] Broadcast Test Committee Podcast now available

The Joint IRCA/NRC Broadcast Test Committee is happy to announce the first
edition of their "BTC Podcast" is now available as a free download through
the i-Tunes Music Store, or your favorite podcast reader.  The URL for
