[HCDX] DXAsia back in business

I'm pleased to inform you that DXAsia, run by Alok das Gupta and Victor
Goonetilleke, is back in action after being forced to suspend activities for
most of this year for personal reasons. Updating of the schedules by country
has commenced for the B07 season, and will continue as quickly as possible
following monitoring checks.

Alok's son, who is a computer expert, is writing a program that will enable
Alok to update the site directly from a database, so in the future updating
will be quicker and easier. It's hoped to implement this arrangement early
in 2008.
