Bob and Jim, may I respectfully suggest that this could backfire if not handled
carefully. Several now defunct SW stations have made the excuse that no one was
really interested in listening to their programs, just to get a QSL and move
on. If you really want to help, once you get a QSL (or even if you do not!),
keep in contact with the station and let them know you really remain a listener
who values their output. Unless you don`t.
