[HCDX] EiBi schedules updated

Hi,

may I draw your attention to the latest release of the EiBi schedules which you may download for free at http://www.eibi.de.vu/

The new year 2007 has brought a number of changes, the most striking of which are:
 - Total reshuffle of Deutsche Welle and Radio Bulgaria schedules
 - Disappearance of YLE Radio Finland and Rikisutvarpid (Iceland)
 - and more.

These changes have been incorporated into the EiBi schedules dated January 4.

Furthermore, due to many requests a TIME-SORTED version is also available, finally. It is as comfortable to use as it used to be in past seasons, but I guess it should be ok in most cases.
