[HCDX] Unid on 1540

Hi.
During some days of DXPedition at the beginning of December, I listened to a station IDing as "Radio Mohamed" on 1540. It was at 0338 UTC and a male voice said "it's 1038", so I suposse it was from the East coast of the US.
