[HCDX] AFG R Solh /R Peace on 6700?

9 Jan at 1550 noted a station on 6700 with programs
that sound exactly the same as was earlier heard on
9345 from R Solh, Bagram, Afghanistan.
Last time I heard them on 9345 was around 1300
some 2-3 days ago.
NF, additional channel or evening/night channel?
