[HCDX] VO the Kurdistan Democratic Party 3925.1

10 Jan at 1630 (sign-on) noted clandestine station Voice of the
Kurdistan Democratic Party on 3925.1 in Kurdish. At 1726
a Farsi program started. S-off around 1800.
Strong signal and no jammers at all.
This was reported earlier (by BBC Monitoring 5 Jan via DX Listening
Digest) to be on air 0400-0430 on 3930.
