The mediumwave and shortwave online radio station guides have been

Anchorage

kilowatts [KHAR uses just 5kW so is a rather low powered station

Pujiang, Shanghai on 3280 kHz.
During the current Haj Pilgrimage [until January 29 2007], All India
Radio's
transmitter at Khampur [near Delhi] has special programs in Urdu on
17845
kHz directed towards Indian moslems in the Middle East.
