[HCDX] Kyrgyzstan again on 4050?

13 Jan around 1330 (tune-in) noted a station with R Rossii
program on 4050. Forgot to check it again later. Next day
(14 Jan) the station was on again with R Rossii. The signal was
somewhat better than Kyrgyz R on 4010.
Checking the sign-off time - 4010 and 4050 audio went off
at the same time at 1800. Transmitters were switched off as
follows: 4010 at 1801, 4795 at 1802 and 4050 at 1803.
So 4050 could be Bishkek transmitter active again.
