Dear amigos :
Starting next  Monday January 22  at 1100 UTC  Radio Habana Cuba will
be using 15190 kHz to Eastern South America ( the " Buenos Aires beam" )
replacing 15230 kiloHertz.
This is the morning local time in Havana Spanish language broadcast
that  starts at 1100 and lasts until 1500 UTC.
