[HCDX] Caribbean Radio Database

Hello,

Here the new version (2.0) of the Caribbean Radio Database:

It produced after several years of TEP monitoring in Brazil and some
research on the web and magazines.

For North Americans the database can be applied for Tropo/Es to Carib.
