[HCDX] Brazilian - seldom heard station (by me) and others

Brazil, 6050, Radio Guarani, 0815-0910  Noted plenty of Portuguese comments, Promos,
ADs and ID's.  Mentions of Brazil and Brazilians often.  Hosting by a man until 0900, then
a woman takes over playing EZL music like one tune by Frank Sinatra. After Sinatra, other
English Language music presented.   Signal was good during the entire period. Also, noted URL of web page.  Later usually, this station is covered by HCJB in Portuguese, but not heard yet this morning.   (Chuck Bolland, January 25, 2007)


Brazil, 6060, Radio Tupi,(pres) 0913-0915   Woman in emotional preaching in Portuguese Language.  At about 0915, signal drops off the air.  Nothing heard afterwards.  (Chuck Bolland,

Bolivia, 6134.72, Radio Santa Cruz, 0955-1005  Noted a couple in Spanish comments.  At 1000,
live ID as Santa Cruz, followed with promos and poss ADs,  Signal was fair but QRM.  (Chuck
