Ecuador, 4909.27, Radio Chaskis Del Norte, (pres) 0915-0932  Initially noted just music until abou 0923 when a male recites something over the music.  At 0926, possible ADS or promos or just Spanish comments?   Mentions of "Ecuador" and

Suriname, 4990, Radio Apintie, 0933-0945   Noted a male in Dutch comments.  At 0936  a second male continues
