[HCDX] Voice of Russia?

Russia, 5940, Voice of Russia, Tent, 1030-1045 This freq is always jammed up with QRM. 
Consequently, any reception is always a difficult situation.  Noted a male and female in
Russian language comments.  The signal wasn't steady, but faded in periodically.
Checked the WRTH for a listing of Voice of Russia on this freq and could only find one for
Japanese at 1200 to 1300 from Atamanovka, Russia.  (Chuck Bolland, August 13, 2007)
