[HCDX] UNID Russian TXs on 1071 kHz .......?

Hi,
I heard two UNID transmitters on 1071 kHz (28 NOV 2007 between 1200-1300 UTC) 
relaying:

- Mayak
- Radio Golos Rossii

Strength was almost the same (not strong but quite stable) and although I was 
observing the channel almost daily during the next week I could hear them in such 
quality only once, otherwise the signals were weak or absent.

At that day the conditions were very good to the east (I could hear CRI on 1521 kHz 
signing on at 1200 UTC).

Any idea?
