CHINA/RUSSIA   9630  North Korea Reform Radio.
At 1200 UT on Dec 13 China National Radio 1st program from Lingshi noted in
progress co-channel. Instead of North Korea Reform Radio test broadcast the
usual VTC Merlin GUITAR pause music played over and over again continously
in background underneath via the supposed to be Russian transmitter site.

VTC Guitar music stopped at 12.28:01 UT.

Feeder line seemingly from Japan via VTC Merlin control room in London, to
TRW TV Radio Wave control room in Moscow, to the Russian Far Eastern Asia tx
center.

RUSSIA   Additional R. Free North Korea - Jayu Bukhan Bangsong transmission.
I can receive R. Free North Korea-Jayu Bukhan Bangsong on 7510 kHz at
2000-2030 UT from Dec 7. Probably, I think the transmitting station to be
via Novosibirsk Russia site. But, I can't confirm it. Now sked:

1000-1100 9730 TWN
1300-1400 9930 KWHR (Mo-Fr)
2000-2030 7510 RUS [tentat.]
2030-2130 9645 TWN

North Korea Reform Radio of new Clandestine station plans test broadcast to
Dec 12 and 13 at 1200-1230 UT on 9630 kHz.

The plan that the regular broadcast begins with Dec 17.
