[HCDX] Reina de la Selva

PERU   5486.7  R. Reina de la Selva (pres.)  Big OC at 1019 t/in.  No audio 
noted for nearly an hour!!  Finally came up weakly w/nice Huayno at 
1108.  Barely audible after that song.  Local noise started from 
1124-1148.  No audio at all when the noise disappeared.  A shame really as 
it would have been a magnificent signal if it was modulated at 100%!!  I've 
heard their signal in the mornings w/out any audio before.  Wonder what's 
(technically) going on at the station.  (Valko 12 Feb.)
