[HCDX] CVC test Feb 23

** INDIA [non]. WRN will be carrying out a test on Friday Feb 23, at 13-16 UT
on 15735 AM, with CVC programming in Hindi, via Armenia for south India.
Reports will be wanted. If successful, a regular service would start March 1
